 note = {情報セキュリティに関する脅威とその対策は日々変化していくものがあり，それらをユーザに教育するためには，それらの変化に合わせて教育内容も柔軟に変化させる必要がある．このため，著者らは拡張性と柔軟性が高い情報セキュリティ教育用 eラーニングコンテンツを作成するための ELSEC というシステムを開発した．ELSEC は教育効果を高めるとされているアニメーションを利用した eラーニングコンテンツの作成を容易にし，そのコンテンツは多くのユーザが Web 上で快適に利用できる．本稿では，ELSEC の開発目的，構成，機能等について記述した後，ELSECのフィッシング対策教育への適用の概要と評価について報告する．, Since information security threats and their countermeasures change every day, an educationalsystem must continuously be updated to reflect new threats and countermeasures. Therefore, tocreate scalable and flexible e-learning content for information security education, “ELSEC” was developed.ELSEC facilitates creating e-learning content with animations that enhance learning effectand the content can be used by many users on a website comfortably. This paper describes the developmentobjectives, structure, and functions of ELSEC, as well as the summary of its application toanti-phishing education and evaluation.},
