 note = {情報セキュリティに関する脅威とその対策は日々変化していくものがあり，それらをユーザに教育するためには，それらの変化に合わせて教育内容も柔軟に変化させる必要がある．このため，著者らは拡張性と柔軟性が高い情報セキュリティ教育用eラーニングコンテンツを作成するためのELSECというシステムを開発した．ELSECは教育効果を高めるとされているアニメーションを利用したeラーニングコンテンツを容易に作成できる．また，そのコンテンツは多くのユーザがWeb上で快適に利用できる．本稿では，ELSECの開発目的，構成，機能などについて記述するとともにELSECの構成要素であるアニメーション作成ソフトDigital Movie DirectorとFlash形式のスクリプトエンジンKScripterの学生による適用と評価について報告する．, Since information security threats and their countermeasures change every day, an educational system must continuously be updated to reflect new threats and countermeasures. Therefore, to create scalable and flexible e-learning, “ELSEC” was developed. ELSEC facilitates creating e-learning content with animations that enhance learning effect and the content can be used by many users on a website comfortably. This paper describes the development objectives, structure, and functions of ELSEC, as well as application and evaluation of animation creating software “Digital Movie Director” and Flash form script engine “KScripter” which are component of ELSEC by university students.},
