Two of the authors observed the modeling lesson in Shizuoka Univ. as teaching assistants and analyzed the reasons that the students design a model not so smoothly and understand the methods of object-oriented modeling not so well. Then an assistant system includes three educational contents (modeling lesson guide contents, design know-how contents and UML method contents) is developed.
