 note = {本稿では，学士課程全般にわたって卒業論文の制作を持続的に支援する情報システム 「卒論カード」 の分析と設計について述べる．システムの構築に際しては，ユーザに対する事前調査と要求分析を行い，それにもとづいた要件を定義した後に，システム機能とユーザインタフェースを設計する。本システムの特徴として，文学部ユーザがよく利用する電子メールから送信した情報をシステムに分類整理・蓄積できるユーザインタフェースを備える。これによって、卒業論文制作を持続的に支援するとともに，教員ユーザへの指導上の支援を行い，システム全体の利用率向上を狙う．, This paper describes the information system that is called “SOTSURON Card” ― a graduation thesis card― which provides continuous support for a student writing a graduation thesis. First of all, we collect user data, and analyze the data to identify the requirements to develop the system. The function and the user interface are designed based on the requirements. The feature of this system is to provide a user interface that helps to classify and accumulate the data transmitted by e-mail to the system. The ultimate goal of this user interface, therefore, is to support a student writing a graduation thesis on the one hand, and teachers offering guidance to the students on the other.},
