Therefore we should make sure that intelligent computing systems are means to verify hypotheses on principles of intelligence. Being always aware of this point, we can acquire series of verified or being verified hypotheses. Based on these hypotheses, we can explain design principles and appropriateness of our developed systems with some sort of intelligent mechanisms.
