The goal of this study is (i) to clarify common and different features of the computer ethic education in different countries, (ii) to understand the effects of cultural background on this education, (iii) to search for possible international co-operations, especially for making an educational material, and (iv) to find necessary foresight in the computer ethic education for foreign students in Japan.
