Since the method is executed in each health insurance policy and the documents should be categorized using medical terms, a dictionary including the terms is important. A variety of candidates for the term is a huge amount because rare-occurrence terms related to the policy should not be ignored. For the reason, how to effectively and semi-automatically construct the dictionary is required. We proposes a term selection measure by considering a statistical interaction of a co-occurrence term pair in a specific category, and a co-occurrence term number from a point of view that a representative term is described using a variety of other terms.
