this research, we construct a comprehensive database for human cells, in which various types of information including cell images, morphological measurements, related journal articles and gene expression data are collected and integrated. In this database, the human cells are subdivided into more than 2,000 cells based on their physical locations. Similarly, adult stem cells and progenitor cells are classified into about 60 kinds of cells, and their related information is collected.
