We propose a dialog system switching 2 modes , the topic presenting mode and the attentive listening mode, by the Interest Level to attract user's interest and keep chatting. In this paper, we propose the way to generate utterance sentences made by Topic Dic which is composed by Topic Keyword and related words and the template in the topic presenting mode. Results of the questions about subjective impression, 70% of 40 sentences made by this method were adequate for chatting in Japanese.
