Although bullying is a serious problem in school nowadays, the effective anti-bullying method is not established well. In addition, it requires the long-term observation to evaluate the effect of antibullying measures, so this is hardly possible. In this paper, we assumed a teacher and a student as agents and their inter-personal relationships are modelled according to the socion theory and Heider's balance theory. Then we observed the effects of a number of anti-bullying methods on the inter-personal relationships using our multi-agent simulation. We implemented three antibullying methods: group activities, suspension from school, prevention activity, and examined their influences on the relationships with each anti-bullying method.
