To exchange as much data as possible in short intervals for connecting vehicles passing each other, it is essential to improve the success rate of reception. In this paper, we propose a method to realize high-level throughput which can be implemented on application layer without upgrading the existing MAC layer protocol. Although this method works on CSMA/CA, it can realize an efficient slot allocation mechanism similar to that of TDMA. This method was evaluated by simulation using actual traffic data.
