years, increasing demand from patients for medical treatment, pharmacists have been constantly asked to check the status and address the problems of outpatient. For this reason, telecommunication systems for the pharmacists to support the outpatient medical treatment have been gaining attention. However in the conventional systems, low interactiveness between patients and pharmacists became one of key issues. In addition, low usability of the terminal discouraged their motivation.
