The difficulty comes from the high dimensionality and the nonlinearity make of models. We combat this problem by means of an parallelised particle filter algorithm dedicated to parallel environment, particular GPGPU. Our algorithm is based on SIS (Sequential Importance Sampling) and hence no communication occurs during the simulation.
