report"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"郊外型大型店舗の進出が相次ぎ，地方の中心市街地では商店街の衰退が顕著となり市街地の空洞化が問題となっている．現在高松市内では交通 IC カード IruCa をはじめ，様々な非接触 IC カードが使われており，香川大学でも学生証・職員証に IruCa 機能付きの IC カードを導入した．高松市の 19～22 才人口のうち，香川大学生が占める割合が約 3 割と比率が高く，若者人口の高い比率が共通したフォーマットのカードを所持している．そこで我々は，これらの非接触 IC カードを用いて若者世代を中心に市街地に人を呼び込み，人の交流や土地の繋がりといった地域のネットワーク形成を支援することで，市街地活性化を行おうとするプロジェクトを開始した．本稿ではプロジェクトの概要について述べる．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"In Japan, many local cities have problems that urban areas are declining, because of high activities of suburban shopping areas. In case of Takamatsu city, which is one of the typical cities with this problem, IC cards called IruCa for traffic payment services are popular. Moreover, the IruCa function has been integrated with Kagawa University's student and worker ID cards. It means that about 30% of the young generation in Takamatsu have IC cards with a common standard specification. We are planning to take advantage of this common card and to design and develop a network service system that will encourage people to go to the urban shopping area.
