• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 作成の必要があって，多くの文書が作成されていることは間違いない．文書には必要十分な情報が提供されることが大切である．しかし作成される文書が満たすべきもの，文書作成の要件，が議論されることは余りない．本資料では，技術ガイド資料作成を事例として取り上げ，ガイド資料において，ガイドする対象をプロセス・知識・挙動を軸に体系化し，軸を１つに絞って記述を行ったこと及びその根拠を示した．同類の文書との比較も試みた．

It is obvious that these documents should provide necessary and sufficient information to fulfill their purposes, but it is rare to discuss descriptions of 'requirements for document creation' and 'validation' of such descriptions. The paper provides a case study of a technical guidance document on its requirements and their rationalizations.
