• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 個人情報保護法の施行を機会に，従来から重視されていた組織の情報セキュリティの在り方について更に注目が集まるようになり，情報セキュリティマネジメントシステム (Information Security Management System, ISMS) の構築・運用が盛んになった．ISMS は適切な情報セキュリティレベルを維持するための組織的な取り組みのシステムであるため，効率の良い導入・運用を行わないと組織にとってオーバヘッドとなり，組織の本来の業務の支障となる可能性がある．本論文では，本学における ISMS 構築・運用の一連のプロセスを紹介し，それらを実施する上で我々が得た知見について議論を行う．

Information security management systems (ISMSs) are human- and computer- systems to support required security levels. Since the main part of ISMSs comprises human activities, reducing the overhead for supporting ISMSs is a critical issue in order to support ISMSs effectively. This papaer describes the ISMS support processes in our university, and also addresses our knowhows concerned mainly with utilization of information processing systems and methodologies
