• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 筆者らは，臨床看護師を対象としたフィジカルアセスメントの遠隔実習支援を2005年と2006年の2度に亘り行った．そこで明確になった課題を基に，筆者らは臨床看護師のフィジカルアセスメントの動作学習支援システムを開発している．具体的には，AR(Augmented Reality)を応用した客観的指標に基づく手技の学習支援システムの開発や，フィジカルアセスメントのモデル化，非同期型個別学習を支援する動画レポート作成・添削システムの設計などに取り組んでいる．本稿では，それらの研究成果を紹介し，今後の展望を述べる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In 2005 and 2006, we conducted two studies of remote support systems for the physical assessment training for working nurses. Based on problems that were clarified through the studies, we are continuing to develop the support system. In particular, we are developing a study of support system based on objective indicators which involves the application of Augmented Reality. In addition, we are developing a model of physical assessment, and designing a video report creation and correction system that will be used to support an asynchronous individual study. In this paper, we discuss our results and consider future research directions.
