 note = {情報産業に従事する人材は，情報システムを利用する人間を想定した上で，利用者に最適な情報システムを提供する必要がある．そのためには，利用者の要求を正確に分析し，問題を明確化と解決策を検討する能力が重要である．そして，情報システムを開発は，複数人での協業作業が発生する．そのため，円滑な情報システムの開発管理には，システム開発者間でのコミュニケーション能力も重要となる．情報システム分野の教育においてもこれらが意識されるべきであるが，現在の情報システム教育は，情報システムの技術的側面を主要な課題と捉え，情報システムに関連する利用者を考慮しないものが非常に多い．このため，本教育の実践では，利用者を意識した情報システムの開発を自発的に提案し，システム開発者間のコミュニケーションが可能な能力を備えた人材の育成を目的としている．, Systems engineers engaged in the information service industry should focus on users' requirements to provide the best information system for users. Therefore it is necessary for systems engineers to analyze users' requirements correctly. In addition, communication skills are important to manage the information systems' development because of joint work with multiple stakeholders in the project. However, most information systems education focuses on the technical side of information systems, and does not well consider the users' standpoint. The proposed project-based education program aims to educate problem-oriented systems engineers who have communication skills and can provide information systems based on users' requirements.},
