This paper analyzes the CDM approach by using Semantics Theory. Hayakawa's Generalized Semantics Theory shows that the CDM modeling is restricted to Externalized Semantics defined by the operation definition. As the result, CDM approach can be reinforced by introducing Internal Semantics to the modeling process. Thus, this paper applies Motivation Theory to the \"Soshiki-kan Renkeizu\" of the CDM.
