VOCALOID enables users to create songs sung by computer only with inputting of melody and lyrics. However, for higher quality of song, complex optimization of voice quality parameters is required. For optimizing problems, genetic algorithm is commonly used. In this paper, we introduce a prototype of an application for optimizing parameters of singing voice easily by using Interactive Evolutionary Computation (IEC). which adopt perceptual evaluation of human for evaluation functions.
