• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 企業では業務に関する情報を共有管理するためにグループウェアを用いているが、関連する情報が複数のフォルダに登録されてしまうため、部外者が参照してもその情報を活用することができない。そこで、本稿では、グループウェアに登録された,情報のコンテクストを簡単に付与する技術として、 Web アノテーション技術を用い・利用者が情報の関連付けを行うことで、グループウェア内に登録されている情報を活用するための方式を提案し、その有効性を示す。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In the enterprise, we use groupware for information management. But we cannot take advantage of valuable mine of information which registered in groupware. Because one information was divided to some part and registered to some folders, we don't understand contents relationship. So we cannot reuse these information. In this paper, we describe a way of context sharing by using web annotation system to resolve this problem.
