Afterwards, we would like to discuss the possibility of an intellectual property rights statute which \"works as a right to the copyright holder to be enjoyed as the essential value of the content\" when it is digitalized in an environment of digital networks consisting of a bundle of partial rights which include the reproduction rights for the copyright used under present law.
