• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 電子商取引推進協議会モバイルECワーキンググループが、2001年10月に実施したアンケート調査｢モバイルeコマースの利用者は､高い利用意向や知名度を示す一方で､実際の利用経験は乏しいという結果を示している。しかし、これら商用での利用の普及に先駆けて､地方自治体の現場では､地域情報化の重要なツールとして､モバイル端末による位置情報サービスについて実地調査を進め､その試みと課題について検討した。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: A survey titled "the Intention of Use and the Consciousness of mobile commerce"carried out in October, 2001 by ECOM revealed how consumers consider the locaion-based local information services for mobile phones and other mobile devices. According the survey, the consumers' intention of use such services and the consciousness are high, their actual use is low. However, local governments use the location-based information services as important tools of local computerization. We chose some community information systems for mobile devices, and did fieldwork. We find out there are some common issues.
