This system supports requirements for user IP communication such as, user mobility, multi-modal communication, communication between heterogeneous terminals, use of presence information, and functionality for seeking information or other users. We have analyzed trend and requirement for user IP communication, proposed system architecture and functionality for enabling the concept, and developed proof-of-concept system.
