内容記述 | This paper proposes a new model for recovering misunderstanding which frequently happens in a task-oriented dialogue. Unlike previous models which realize recovery mechanism by detecting conflict in an agent's belief and by invoking special procedures to correct her belief we consider misunderstanding to be resolved spontaneously through or dinary communication between agents without any particular procedures for recovering misunderstanding. An analysis of task-oriented human-human dialogues is carried out to show that spontaneous recovery is quite common for human subjects and an implementation of the recovery mechanism in a task-oriented dialogue system is provided to substantiate our idea. | |||||||
