User models are implemented in Kyoto city bus information system which has been developed at our laboratory. The category of user models are skill level to the system, knowledge level of the task domain and the degree of hastiness. We perform decision tree learning using real dialogue data collected by the system picks up features specific to spoken dialogue systems and semantic attributes.
