Mobile Clavier, which is one of the mobile electronic musical instruments, is a system to control a PC and to type the sentence in an environment where users carry on a portable clavier anywhere.Because Mobile Clavier is not only an input interface but also a musical instrument, users can input characters like playing music.In the case where we use such a portable clavier for playing music that has a wide range, playing notes frequently protrude from the diapason of the electronic clavier.In the conventional portable claviers, it is common to use the key-transpose function, which shifts a certain amount of pitch.However, this function has several problems such as uncomfortable feeling between the keying position and its output sound.Therefore, the goal of our study is to construct the Mobile Clavier II, which can change the diapason smoothly.Mobile Clavier II can adopt problems of the key-transpose by inserting black keys between any two side-by-side white keys.
