 note = {今日、日本語教師と学習者をとりまく環境は、日本語学習者の増加と学習目的の多様化に伴う教師不足や、カリキュラム，教材，辞書等の不足・未整備など、必ずしも十分ではない。本稿では、1987?1989年度にかけて国立教育研究所を中心に行なわれた、文部省科学研究費補助金による試験研究「パソコンによる外国人のための日本語教育支援システムの開発」を中心に、この期間に行なったプロトタイプシステム作成およびそれに対する評価などの経験を踏まえて、このような状況にある日本語教育環境の改善にコンピュータがどのように貢献できるかを考える。, A prototype system was developed during a three-year project, granted by the Japanese Ministry of Education. We started this project in 1987, primarily to assist teachers of Japanese in preparing their own teaching materials. To this end, we developed databases and some software applications. Through our experience of formulating and assessing the system's capabilities, we have acquired a deeper understanding of what features systems used in language education require, In this paper, we will describe how we designed the databases and functions to address these requirements, and how we attemped to make the system both practical and easy to use.},
