This circle consists of five librarians belonging various types of libraries, who live in various areas of Japan. It is, probably, the first attempt to manage such an open SIG in commercial BBS service in Japan. In this article, I try to show how we manage this Forum and give backgrounds of SIG needs of libraries, and discuss the validity, limitation and perspectives of our activities.},
