• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本論文は、マルチメディア文芸作品である映画に関して、実作品の分析を通してその製作原理を明らかにすることを目的としている。小津安二郎監督の作品を素材として用い、その時間的および空間的構成法について検討した。小津映画の平均ショット長は７秒弱と全区間に渡って安定しており、その実現法に関して考察するとともに、日本語詩歌の韻律との関連について議論する。また、画面の構成法に関しては、彼はしばしば８×６、あるいは５×４の格子状に区分化された画面に基づいて設計していると考えられ、対称性ある構図と黄金分割比に基づく非対称な構図を融合した画面構成法が議論される。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper reports on some of key principles of temporal and spatial organization in the films of Yasujiro Ozu. A method of determining the quite stable shot length is first proposed, and then a plausible relationship between the average shot length and the metrical rhythm of Japanese verses is discussed. In his frame composition, the standard screen is often divided into either eight or five segment vertically and either six or four segments horizontally. The paper also considers how compositions within screen frame are designed on this grid layout, and discusses how Ozu managed the frame design based on asymmetrical structure according to the golden proportion.
