• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: ISM法は、課題間の二項順序関係から全体を構造化する問題解決技法として知られている。しかし、構造からどのような手順で問題解決をはかればよいかという一般的な方法は提案されていない。そこで本論文では、課題の系列上の位置は系列全体の中で脈絡上最適な位置に置かれるべきであるとの立場に立脚して、課題の前後の部分系列との類似性によって当該課題の位置が決定される新しい方法を提案する。本方法では、部分系列をクラスタとして捉え、クラスタ間の類似性に基づくクラスタ分析に帰着させて系列を決定している。更に、ISM法で著名なコロンバス市の都市問題の問題解決への応用例を考察する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Interpretive Structural Modeling have been created in various fields for many purposes. This modeling is used in sosial and behavioral sciences in order to solve a complex problem. However, reports have apparently not published on a general method for sequencing among sub-problems based on an ISM graph. This paper presents an STS (Strategic Task Sequencing) method by using a new clustering algorithm. First, this paper presents the fundamental concepts and operations of the STS methodology. Second, this paper discusses the STS analysis on famous results of obstacle interdependence to investment in Columbus city.
