• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 大学等の教育機関に於いて，情報システムは，教育・研究基盤として機能する．ネットワーク機器やサービスホストと人を効果的に使うことで，利用者が満足するサービスを提供することが目的となる．情報システムの設備機器性能に価値があるのではなく，サービスを提供する教官や学生に利用された時に初めて価値が現れる．本稿では，文科系大学における情報システムの運用に関するケーススタディとして，本学における情報システムの運用段階における情報設備の維持と管理体制について報告し，限られた人的資源とコスト投入の中で，効果的にシステムの運用を遂行するための人的資源確保と人材育成の教育プログラムについて説明する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Information systems are the infrastructure for education and research at University, and are aimed to serve the users' needs. Whatever how high the price and specs of the equipments are, an unused system has no effect on education. For a successful and an useful system, promoting efficiency of both systems and human capacities are significant. Small amount of fund and manpower shortage have perplexed the system management stuff, which might be a common situation on humanity courses. As a case study, the paper explains how we maintain and manage our systems at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. We also introduce a training program which utilizes human resources for managing systems.
