The significance of ethics in the education of Information Study is pointed out by everyone and everywhere, but it is quite difficult to talk scientifically what the ethics of Information Study is, and how to teach the ethics to pupils. In this panel discussion various aspects of the network ethics--such as legal, technical and cognitive communicating aspects will be discussed by the panelists and the participants.
