• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 初等中等教育における情報教育の本格的な開始にあたって，情報教育における倫理教育の必要性が論じられているが，何が情報倫理教育であり，どうやってその教育を実施するのかについては，学問的な検討が未だしである．情報倫理とその教育について，多面的な検討を行う目的で，このパネル討論会を開催する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The ethical side of the "Information Study" of primary and secondary education will be discussed. The significance of ethics in the education of Information Study is pointed out by everyone and everywhere, but it is quite difficult to talk scientifically what the ethics of Information Study is, and how to teach the ethics to pupils. In this panel discussion various aspects of the network ethics--such as legal, technical and cognitive communicating aspects will be discussed by the panelists and the participants. This panel discussion is held as a joint study of IPSJ-CE Working Group and the Japan Association of Network Literacy.
