 note = {去る1999/11/20（土）、岩手県・花巻温泉において「教育と地域の情報化を考えるシンポジウム（略称：SPER99 in HANAMAKI）」が開催され、東北地方を中心に120名を越す初中高等教育関係者及びネットワーク事業関係者が参集した。ボランティアによる手作りから始まった、このシンポジウムの実施内容及び開催に至る組織・準備内容等について報告する。, Symposium on Practical Education and Regional Community of Information (SPER99 in Hanamaki) was held at Hanamaki Onsen in Iwate Prefecture (20 Nov. 1999). More than 120 attendances (mainly from Tohoku Area) had enthusiastically discussed until midnight. The attendances consisted of teaching staffs of elementary and secondary education and higher education, network related agencies, network traders, and so on. The symposium took advantage of volunteer activities to be held. The report on papers, arrangements, and the organization committee of the symposium is discussed in detail.},
