• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: WWWページのコンテントをテキスト処理で情報の数値化を行い、更にリンク先ページの情報も組み合わせて用いて、学校教育における有害な情報を効率的に検出する研究開発を実行した。有害な情報の検出のために収集したページを中心にレイティングデータを作成し、それを適用させるPICS Rules準拠のフィルタリングソフト（HCB-Pフィルタ）を開発した。そのHCB-Pフィルタを実際に学校で試用して評価を行った。この一連の技術開発の状況と成果について報告する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: A method for detecting harmful contents on WWW for school uses is developed. The method is constructed in two parts, one to analyze the text structure, the other to apply the information of forward-linked contents. A filtering program(HCB-P Filter) that conforms to PICS Rules is developed, and rating data made from the method mentioned above is applied to HCB-P Filter. The HCB-P Filter is evaluated through the use by pupils in schools. This paper reports the process and result of our study and development.
