It was made in autumn 2004, as an extensive survey of the preliminary one made ahead in 2003 in Mie prefecture.  More and further question items were ready; what kind of “information” subject (A, B, or C) is set, in what school year HS students learn “information” as a required subject, teaching method (team-teaching or a teacher alone) and the proportion of practical training (PT) with PC in class, how long the school hour is, typical themes of PT, main software used, evaluation methods of students, education goals of this subject, and the problems to be improved in class, etc..
