produced two versions of educational video clips on information ethics for use in liberal arts in 2002 and 2004. The videos attained very good reputation and have been installed in PCs and e-Leaming servers with a total of over than sixtyt housand licenses by the end of 2007. In the succeeding　years,ｎｅｗ types of crime have occurred and the need of security education has become greater. So, we have produced third version with NIME, National Instimte of Multimedia Education. ln this paper, the concept and component structure of the new version are introduced, and its early evaluation in Hokkaido University is also reported.
