 note = {情報活用能力の育成をめざす情報教育が推進される中，情報倫理教育の必要性はますます高まっている．本報告では，著者らがメディア教育開発センターとの共同プロジェクトで開発した情報倫理ビデオ教材とその開発指針について紹介する．教材は，教授者が授業に取り入れやすい素材であり，また学習者が自主学習可能なものであることが求められる．大学生の日常から起こる様々なトラブルとその解決というこれまでの長所を生かしつつ，解説を強化し，また，取り扱う内容を広げ，質を高めた．学習者の評価は，上々である．, We produced two versions of educational video clips on information ethics for use in liberal arts in 2002 and 2004. The videos attained very good reputation and have been installed in PCs and e-Leaming servers with a total of over than sixtyt housand licenses by the end of 2007. In the succeeding　years,ｎｅｗ types of crime have occurred and the need of security education has become greater. So, we have produced third version with NIME, National Instimte of Multimedia Education. ln this paper, the concept and component structure of the new version are introduced, and its early evaluation in Hokkaido University is also reported.},
