• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本研究では，授業支援の諸サービスの有機的連携を学生の立場から捉え，各自の関連情報を集約して提供する学生ポータルサイト PASPort を提案している．本論文では，PASPort のドキュメント管理機能として，オンラインストレイジを拡張した Web バインダを紹介する．Web バインダは，Samba サーバの共有フォルダによるサービスを，Web ページを通して学外にも提供することを目指している．また，学生のレポート作業において，課題取得から答案提出までの各段階を支援する．特に，プログラミング課題など，複数の関連ファイルの管理が必要な状況において，フォルダ構成の自動チェック，ファイル群のポータビリティの向上など，適切な機能を提供する．GUI は，ドラッグ & ドロップ可能なフォルダツリーを採用し，デスクトップと同様な操作を可能とする．利用例に即しながらシステムの機能を説明し，試作版の実装状況を述べる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We have proposed the student portal site PASPort, which offers various learning support services in cooperation by aggregation of personal related information on university Web site. This paper discusses Web binder page as document management function of PASPort. It is extension of online storage service for student's report processing management in three stages. Our purpose of the system offers Web service from outside campus network instead of Samba service only from inside campus. For the first stage, it gets a report problem from teacher's Web site automatically to support checking requirements about time limit and style file. For the second stage, it holds report documents in the server side to support continuous writing process for students from campus or home environment. It adds some comments about progress situation and priority marking as meta data. For the third stage, it checks required files and folder structure to upload them. It also shows an alert message of time limit. GUI of these functions is offered by folder tree view and mouse operation like desktop environment. We introduce the system function according to the usage in report processing. We also mention implementation of the prototype system.
