This paper describes a basic idea of the model. Our example domain is Tsume-Shogi (Tsume means checkmate and Shogi means Japanese Chess. So Tsume-Shogi means Japanese Chess checkmate problem). Amateurs have syntax-oriented formations of Shogi knowledge representation. Experts have semantics-oriented formations.
