I will take up four conditions for self-organization; (1) conception of an individuality is given top priority, (2) fluctuation is regarded as the source of order, (3) chaos or nonequilibrium state is not rejected, (4) existence of a control center is not allowed, and clarify the nature and process of self-organization that Kobe-Steel has tackled.
