• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 複数の売手が、複数同一財を出品するオークションメカニズムを考案する。インターネットオークションにおいては多くの場合、相手の素性が不明であり、相手が優良な取引相手かどうかを知ることが困難である。社会的に効率の良い財の割当てを達成するためには、望ましくない取引相手をオークションから排除することが必要である。そのための方法として、本稿では買手が得た情報を他者と共有することで、望ましくない売手を特定し、取引から排除するオークションプロトコルを提案する。本プロトコルの特徴は、売手の素性がわからない状態の時に、一部の買手が売手と取引を行うことでその売手の情報を獲得し、それを他の買手や主催者と共有する誘因を、価格を優遇することで与える点にある。解析では、買手が正直に情報を共有することが均衡になることを証明する。また、計算機実験を行い、提案プロトコルでは社会的に望ましい割当てに近い状態が実現されることを実証する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: To achieve a socially efficient allocation in Internet auctions, it is important to exclude insincere sellers,i.e., it is necessary to investigate unidentified sellers and share information on them. However, the first buyer (investigator) may suffer a loss if the seller is insincere, which discourages the buyer being an investigator. To solve this problem, we design auction protocols that motivate buyers to investigate unidentified sellers by determining an appropriate amount of payment. We prove that buyer`s truth telling is in equilibrium in this protocol. Moreover, experimental results show that the social surplus obtained by our protocol is close to an efficient allocation.
