This paper proposes a method to construct a network structure from syntax trees applied to a semantic group of sentences. When these networks are constructed, the noun and the verb in the sentences are picked up. Local classes of concepts are constructed from the noun, and the program for control relation of concepts is triggered by the verb. In addition to this, the system in this report is implemented using an Object-Oriented Programming Language(OOPL).
