Resent studies require MobileIP in order to achieve mobility. In MobileIP, a QoS gap occurs during hand-over. So we could not achieve hand-over without QoS gap. Still more, end hosts cannot take part in routing at all. In order to solve these issues, we introduce multihoming to realize continuous mobility with guaranteed QoS. QoS guarantee over temporary multihomed paths enables lossless hand-over.
