 note = {共同利用センターなどにおいて、WindowsとLinuxのように複数のOSを提供する例が増えている。Windows系OSについてはOSを導入する際に一括して導入する仕組みがあるが、UNIX系においては類似の支援システムがない。共同利用センターなどで多数のパソコンにLinuxなどのUNIX系OSを導入する場合、対称になるパソコンの台数が多いため、導入の手前、時間、費用を無視できない。本研究では、多数のパソコンに個別に設定の異なるLinuxなど、UNIX系のOSをネットワークブートなどの既存機能をうまく組み合わせることで一括して導入する方法を提案し、実際に導入実験を行い、性能評価を行ったので報告する。, Almost computer centers are now providing services for users with Windows and UNIX operating systems such as Linux. In Windows system, several conventional support tools are available for initial installation and daily management. However similar tools are not available in UNIX systems. It is important for us to have a method to decrease the time and cost to introduce OS such as Linux in many personal computers at once. We proposed a new mechanism for initial installation in UNIX systems. This is the report of the new mechanism and the performance evaluation of our new attempt.},
