Towards the improvement, this paper proposes a method for analyzing of business bottlenecks which obstacle PC operators. The method includes an algorithm that accumulates total intervals in one day between PC operations such as mouse-clicks, or keyboard strokes, for any PC applications. The method is applied to two sales-back offices in Hitachi, Ltd.
