Therefore, many students and teachers are using desktop PCs of educational terminal systems in class-rooms and study-rooms. The students want information about seats available to study with the desktop PC. The teachers need to check where students use the desktop PC in the class-room. It is necessary for administrators of educational terminal systems to know about the users' trend. Although these are information about PCs of educational terminal systems, each users, students, teachers and administrators, want information with each forms. Effectively responding on thier needs, against PCs of the educational terminal system, we develop the utilization history database and the system to display statistics information with the database.},
