The pur-pose of this research is to develop the mega-scale navigation system. For this purpose, we analyze decision and action of each of the crowds by the micro-simulation. We need the platform where million agents act and the method to model agents. We combine the Caribbean which is the mega-scale agent server and the scenario description language Q to develop the platform.
