The middleware uses no pc cluster and no special device, but needs some personal computers and only a MATLAB license for a single computer (master computer), even though we can use up to: 256 worker computers. Most serial MATLAB programs, which are developed for control design, signal prosessing, Image prccessing, financial modeling and analysis, etc., can be parallelized in a few steps if they can be complied by the MATLAB Compiler, which convert MATLAB programs into stand-alone applications.
